Awarded a patent for establishing a framework to provide a condensed view of critical paths
and ensured quick access to key performance indicators (P140, P251) while addressing quality
and safety issues in production systems and tools.
- Designed and developed a tool that consolidates thousand of critical data points on a single page.,
facilitating expedited decision making and prioritization of enhancements related to Safety, Cost, and Lean Implementation
of the production system.
- Successfully implemented new process for training reports
transitioning segmented to a centralized data feed with
improvement of 78% (225 minutes to 50 minutes daily) and 90%
improvement in first pass yield reports quality with an annual
labor saving more than $90k.
- Collects and assembles data from multiple sources to conduct
