I’ve always loved autumn, but this Halloween season hit differently. My family decided to spend a full day at a pumpkin farm. And it turned out to be one of the days that stays with you long after they’re over. When we arrived, the farm was filled with the laughter of families. My family took some carts and headed into the pumpkin field.
The Great Pumpkin Hunt
Our main mission? Find the biggest, weirdest, most “Halloween-worthy” pumpkins we could. The fields stretched out golden and full, dotted with pumpkins of every size and shape. We laughed so much trying to lift the truly giant ones. At one point, two of us had to team up just to get one into the cart.

Family Time That Hit Just Right
Standing there in the middle of the pumpkin patch, doing all those family activities, it suddenly hit me how precious moments like these really are. No phones, no rushing around – just the sound of my family laughing and this simple joy.
As the sun started to go down, we loaded up the pumpkins and said goodbye to the farm. We were all pretty tired, but our hearts felt this really special kind of warm.
